- Front Desk Customer Service: 24 hour customer service is provided at the Elgin Front Desk.
- Air-conditioning/air-cooling: For your comfort.
- Elevators: Elevator access to all floors.

- Accessible suites: A limited number of accessible suites are available. Please request in advance. Subject to availability.
- Exercise room: All guests are welcome to use our in-house exercise room, outfitted with a basic selection of fitness equipment.
- TV lounges: Conveniently located on designated floors.
- TV cable: TV cable hook up is available in the common area within each suite. You are welcome to bring along your own TV.
- Laundry facilities: Card-activated laundry facilities are available. Laundry cards are available at the Front Desk - refundable deposit required. Money loading machine, which accepts cash and credit cards, is located in the lobby. Irons and ironing boards are also available through the Front Desk.
- Mini computer lab: Need to access your email? Computer lab is located on the main floor, off the lobby, and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Printing is not available.
- Music/Piano room: Music/piano practice rooms are available, just ask at the Front Desk.
- Dining options on Campus
- Kitchenettes: Each suite has its own kitchenette including stove,
microwave and full-size refrigerator. A limited number of dish sets and cookware are available for rent from the Front Desk.

- Vending Services: Vending machines, featuring a full line of snacks and beverages, are throughout the building as well as many other locations across campus.
- Linens & towels: Provided
- Telephone Service: Each suite has an intercom telephone that connects to the Front Desk, as well as room to room. Pay phones are located in the building. Pre-paid calling cards are required for long distance calls.
- High speed Internet connection
- Pets: Sorry... no pets please! Service animals are permitted.
- Smoking: The University is a non-smoking environment which includes all campus buildings and residences.
- Parking: Convenient parking is available on a coin entry basis. Parking passes can be arranged through Western Parking Services for longer staying guests.

Western's Purple Bikes program provides our visitors the opportunity to cycle around our beautiful campus and city - on a bike. There are kilometers of beautiful multi-use paths along the Thames River to enjoy! For a small fee, our B&B guests can sign out a bike which comes with a lock and key, helmet and safety light.
